The primary function of the Highlands Police Dept. Traffic Division is to ensure the smooth uninterrupted flow of traffic and identify hazards that would impede the movement of traffic. All officers enforce state motor vehicle laws, local motor vehicle ordinances, and investigate motor vehicle crashes. |
