Highlands Business Partnership (HBP)
Mission Statement

Highlands Business Partnership (HBP), the District Management Corporation for the Borough of Highlands Business Improvement District, recognizes that Historic Highlands, as defined in the master plan and revitalization plans of the Borough of Highlands, is the civic, cultural, and commercial heart of the community.

Highlands Business Partnership (HBP) is funded annually by special assessment of commercial property owners in Highlands. Highlands Business Partnership (HBP), a non-profit corporation and commercial alliance, founded in 1999, works on behalf of all those who live, work or invest in Highlands for the achievement of the following goals:

• Foster Historic Highlands' economic development
• Advocate continued revitalization
• Preserve our historic past
• Strengthen the economic, cultural and commercial contributions of Historic Highlands to the residents and property owners of the Borough of Highlands

In pursuit of these goals, Highlands Business Partnership (HBP) invites and encourages all members of the public and private sectors, who share these mutual goals to build a non-partisan partnership to create and implement an action-oriented and pragmatic work plan to realize these goals.
