& Waterwitch Avenues. The Clam Festival, a four-day funfest featuring the fresh seafood that Highlands Restaurant's are famous for, plus live music, entertainment, rides, games and more. Admission is free, and the event takes place rain or shine. Clam Fest Hours are Thursday & Friday from 6:00 to 11:00 PM, Saturday, 12:00 - 11:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 - 8:00 PM.
